This [Form 162] is required by UCPR 7.4.
The Form allows for consent to be provided by a Proper Defendant on behalf of an Unincorporated Organisation in Child Abuse Proceedings.
An unincorporated organisation may not appoint an entity as a proper defendant for the organisation unless the entity's consent to act as a proper defendant has been filed in the approved form.
✅ Suitable for the NSW Courts under the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules (NSW) 2005;
✅ Recommended only for use by legal professionals +/or at a minimum with review by a legal professional prior to filing with the Court;
