Non-Lapsing Super Fund Binding Death Benefit Nomination's [BDBN's] + the ability to appoint a Death Benefit Guardian are only available where:
➲ The Super Fund Trust Deed was created or has been amended to accommodate these advanced Estate Planning strategies.
If this is not the case, the BDBN will lapse and become a non-binding DBN after 3 years [unless it is renewed for a further 3 years].
